I love to bake, always loved to bake, but you know flour and sugar are not my friends.
If you’re here I’m thinking maybe you feel the same way.
Maybe sugar, gluten, high carbs make you feel tired, bloated, foggy. Maybe you have a dietary restriction and some of those things are now off the table, but .. and this is a big but…
You STILL have a sweet tooth. You still get those pangs to have a cupcake when everyone else does, and sometimes that single cupcake lands you in a carb overload coma.
It’s ok, I’ve been there.
Temptation can be tough.
A low carb cookie might be the key to long term success.
I’ve found managing my low carb diet much more manageable if I have access to low carb treats and desserts.
Not all the time, not every day, but you know when the sugar tooth starts to ache, it’s much better for me to whip up some low carb brownies instead of grabbing a chocolate bar. Or dig into a bowl of homemade low carb ice cream when the ice cream truck rolls around.
